Die Fachstudien-Arbeitsgruppe für LBT oder auch kurz „FachStuAG“ genannt, ist ein Gremium der Universität für Bodenkultur. Die FachStuAG setzt sich zum gleichen Maß aus Professor*innen, Mittelbau Vertreter*innen und Studierenden zusammen (Mitglieder).
Die Hauptaufgabe der Fachstudien-AG für Lebensmittel- und Biotechnologie ist die laufende Betreuung der Studienpläne. Dazu gehört ihre Koordination, Überarbeitung und Einarbeitung der Änderungen. Dies reicht vom Umbenennen einzelner Lehrveranstaltungen bis hin zur Einrichtung neuer Studiengänge oder Änderung dieser wie zum Beispiel die Umstellung des Masters Biotechnologie auf Englisch.
Aktuell arbeiten wir in der Arbeitsgruppe mit Mittelbau und Professor*innen an der Studienplanreform 2024. Darin soll der gesamte Bachelor von Grund auf überarbeitet und modularisiert werden. Im Vordergrund steht dabei die Verbesserung der Studierbarkeit!

The „FachStuAg“ is a committee of the Senate-Study-Commission of the BOKU. The working group includes an equal number of professors, non-professorial representatives and students.(current Members)
The main task of the FachStuAg-LBT is the ongoing supervision of the studies inkluding their curricula. This also includes the coordination, revision and incorporation of changes. Ranging from renaming individual courses to setting up new degree programmes or changing them – such as the conversion of the Master of Biotechnology to English.
Currently, we are working on the curricula reform 2024, with mid-level faculties and professors to revise the entire Bachelor’s programm. The main focus is the improvement of studyability and modularisation. Here you find more information about the FachStuAG LBT.
